I went in and the kids just got out of school so it was packed with kids I ordered a latte with caramel and he forgot the caramel that's like the third time this week a DD has forgotten to put caramel in my latte

For years we’ve been coming here, but today was the last time. I placed an order at 10:05 and waited over 20 minutes for two sandwiches while the staff chatted and spent time in the back. When the employee finally brought out my food, it was burned. I’ve reached my limit. I just walked out; I didn’t have the patience to deal with it anymore.

To be honest, this place is quite good, but I think I might have gotten food poisoning after eating here today while waiting in a fairly long line.

Fast n easy to get/shift order and workers were nice

This is one of the worst places I've ever been to. The service was terrible, and the staff were rude. My coffee was too weak, so I asked for it to be changed. When I received the replacement, it was still the same! The iced coffee was a disaster! I didn't even have a chance to call and complain.
