フィードバックを提供するGreat place to grab some takeout. The food tasted good, the price was reasonable, and it was ready within 15 minutes. The staff were friendly and quick to check out.
The staff was very friendly, but a little inexperienced as the service was just teetering on the edge of okay. The food was good and reasonably priced for an Italian restaurant (pasta is very inexpensive and I find most pasta dishes to be very overpriced). I had shrimp scampi and my wife had eggplant parmesan. As I said, we both enjoyed our meals, mine was heavy on lemon, but was still tolerable. When our food arrived, the reason the prices were so acceptable became clear. The portions of our dinners were objectively small. My wife and I were fine with the dining experience, but we definitely went to another restaurant after Franco's and ordered drinks, an appetizer, and dessert. The items on the menu looked good, so I will try another dish next time and hope for a little better experience, not that this one was bad.
Omg!!!! Best Italian cuisine I ever had!!!! Franco knows what he does in the kitchen!!!! I had the lasagna, my husband had the Italian melt. I also had the Calamari... The Cannoli was amazing... The food was so good when we left, I told my husband I wanted to come back tomorrow!!!! This is our new way to the Italian place... If you want to make genuine Italian cuisine from an Italian, go to Francos!!!!
I wanted to like this place. It was a bit confusing when you enter, we weren't sure if it was table service or you order at the counter. Anyway, we order 2 calzones and they are build your own style. The female employee began making them in front of us without any gloves on! About half way into them a male employee came out, saw what she was doing and finished them with gloves on). She proceeded to check us out at the register without ever washing her hands, gross. The calzoned were not very good, the crust was nice and crispy but the interior was still cold. I hope they can work out the kinks.
Italian is not better than this amazing restaurant. The crust cheese on the grease cape was perfect and the Pitasbrot comes directly from the oven.
