Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Evansville

I went for lunch with my wife and daughter and was planning to order cheese bites as an appetizer. However, the server informed me that they no longer have them, which was fine—I just decided to skip that. When I placed my main order, I asked for a loaded potato, but when the food arrived, they informed me that they were out of potatoes. It would have been nice to know that before the meal was ready.

During our road trip, my family and I decided to stop here for dinner. Although the restaurant was quite busy, we were seated immediately. The service was both fast and exceptionally friendly. There were plenty of options on the menu, and they offered alcohol as well. The complimentary croissants served with honey butter were a delightful treat. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was family-friendly, and with such a diverse menu, it felt like a safe choice. My wife ordered the steak and shrimp, I had the Key West Chicken and Shrimp, and our kids enjoyed the tenders, which were very tasty. Overall, we had a wonderful meal together at a fair price.

I visited the restaurant to support NASCAR driver Tyler Reddick and even tried his meal. It was delicious!

Food was great! Loved the fresh Cresent rolls and stuffed mushrooms. Well be back
