We were a party of seven and were told there would be a 25-minute wait. After 65 minutes, we still hadn't been seated—they completely forgot about us. We ended up walking out. It was a terrible experience.

What a fantastic birthday experience! We decided to dine at BANDANA'S in Evansville, IN, after receiving a $5 coupon for my birthday in August. We were seated right away and promptly greeted by our amazing server, Tonia M., who quickly brought out our food. Tonia M. is an exceptional server—she is friendly, polite, and very professional. It was a lovely summer day, perfectly complemented by some delicious BBQ, baked beans, and coleslaw from BANDANA'S! Thank you, Tonia M., for making our dinner so enjoyable! Your hard work and genuine care for your customers really stood out to us!

Customer service was great, and the food was good as it always is. Their smoked turkey is the best.

As for the food quality—oh my goodness! I don’t know who prepares the brisket, but they’re a culinary magician. I’ve never encountered brisket that was so tender it falls apart just from looking at it. I was a bit puzzled when I found seeds in the applesauce, but once I tasted it, I was blown away—it was fresh applesauce! Simply incredible. Overall, this experience has given me a completely new perspective on what fine dining can be, even with a little bit of messiness! Parking: The parking lot was a bit crowded, but it's for all the right reasons.
