The Amazing Kale Burger - Evanston

What can I say? I'm moving out of town, and this place has definitely been one of my absolute favorites... I'm really going to miss the Amazing Kale Burger! I found this food paradise about a year ago and quickly became a regular visitor. The Kale Burger and all the different variations are simply delicious! The food here is healthy, flavorful, and truly addictive. They also offer fantastic dessert options, especially the chocolate cake with blackberry frosting! Be sure to try all of their brunch items—you won’t regret it! A huge thank you to Brandon and the entire staff for always making me leave happy and coming back excited every week!

I had the burrito and enjoyed it in my car. The flavor combination was great, featuring a kale burger, tangy sauce, crunchy slaw, and delicious potato hash all wrapped tightly in a tortilla! I appreciated that it was cut in half for easy eating while driving. They did forget the to-go utensils, but that wasn't a big deal. I will definitely be back!

The restaurant is vegan-friendly, so it was a must-visit for me. I ordered the Jimmy Burger as takeout. It was pretty good, although the garlic potatoes that came with it were a bit dry. To support vegan establishments, I also bought two frozen kale patties to take home to Brew Town. I would definitely go back for another visit!

We got the stuffed dates, caulimac, cole slaw, avocado lime/pico de gallo burger, beet-bq sauce burger, chocolate cupcake, and chocolate chip cookie and everything was delicious, especially the stuffed dates which were divine. ended up buying two frozen kale burger patties to make at home bc the burger itself is so so good. next time i'd get the lettuce bun instead of the multigrain bread bun since they were a little flimsy/dry but the burger patty sauces definitely make up for it.

This place is a favorite. They have the most delicious vegan baked goods that taste homemade (in the good way). I highly recommend their cakes that are fruity (which I would normally never choose over chocolate). The kale burgers are also great, very filling and reasonably priced. It seems like they really do love food and the customers.
