Sarpino's Pizzeria Evanston

The first time I ordered food from here, it was decent, but I found it a bit overpriced. I ended up spending $50 on two regular 10-inch pizzas, which really aren't very big at all. Honestly, they're more like personal pizzas, and I wasn't full after eating. While the taste was good, I don't think it justifies the price. You can get a much larger pizza at other places for the same amount. Now, I'm still hungry after spending $50!

Sarpino?s pizzeria is everything! So much appreciated by customer service! Very recommended place for pizza and other snacks! The first time you tried this place! I ordered their famous and best seller special pizza and also cinnamon sticks and drinks. I am really impressed by its quality and texture. The taste is also incredibly great! You will absolutely love their menu, full of affordable offers, and you can buy everything you want on the menu at such fair prices. Customer service here is great! All employees are good, personal and decent. They are always ready to help their customers and entertain them. They really do their job right. Everybody works so fast. Being great people! Excellent customer service! Orders are always served correctly and accurately. Kudos to all employees! This place is soothing, relaxing, and the atmosphere inside gives you a good mood. Last night we order pizza 2 xl and 1 small and it cost 75 which is not problem but the pizza came after more than hour and it's cold . my brother in low called to let the Manger know about he said I can't do anything about ! Really . what kind of manger is that . Manger should solve problems not give Attitude . worst experience ever

This Sarpinos location should not be selling the full menu. I ordered a pizza, salad, onion rings, and Mac and cheese bites. The salad was fine, the pizza was not very good, I would not order again, but the onion rings and Mac and cheese bites were inedible. I called and the employees told me that they do not have a fryer at their location and instead put their previously fried frozen appetizers into the oven with the pizzas. I called, got my money back for those two items. But this Sarpino 's needs to either remove their fried items from their menu or buy the proper equipment.

Typically, the food is decent, but today was a major disappointment. The pizza was overcooked, with soggy dough and barely any sauce or cheese. They offered a discount on my next order, but I'm not sure if they really intended it. They didn't take any details to ensure I could claim the discount next time, if there is a next time.
