For Pete's Sake Coffee Shop - Evanston

I don't drink coffee but this place makes me wish I did. It does have a nice selection of hot tea. Such a great vibe, an awesome place to socialize or sit and read a book. They even have toys for little kids to play with. Most importantly they have the best bagels I have had since moving out of New York. I will be driving the almost 2 hours every couple of months to get my bagel fix!

Very delicious breakfast with tomatoes that tasted like they were picked from a garden 10 minutes before they were served. Owner is friendly and funny too. I'll be back for sure

Wow, this place is the best! We were through and decided to check it. So glad we made it! The coffee is fresh, hot, delicious. We have bagel breakfast sandwiches for the street. Excellent. We met “Pete” and he is a character! Friendly and loaded with Puns.

Enjoyed the coffee. The batch brew was a dark roast that I normally don’t like but it was very good. Also had scrambled eggs and bacon. My wife had a chicken salad sandwich. Both were very tasty and hit the spot for lunch. Recommend at stop there if you’re in the area.
