Terrible customer service. miss reviews, and the food there sucks too! they're always overcooked, and the cheese in the sausage egg and cheese on a crosiannt taste literally like plastic. Save yourself $10 and go to the one on lake ave.

I ordered a pint of ice cream to go, but when I received it, the ice cream was overflowing from the sides and the lid wasn’t on properly. I requested the staff to clean it up and secure the lid properly, but she reacted as if my request was unreasonable. The staff was unfriendly and did not follow proper sanitation practices. I observed a couple of customers trying to use the restrooms, and both the man and woman complained about the lack of toilet paper in either restroom. Additionally, I couldn't complete the survey on my receipt because the store number and survey code provided were invalid. Overall, the service was terrible, and I won’t be returning!

The bathroom was closed for customers, which deserves a solid zero stars if I could rate it that way. If this policy changes, I would be happy to update my review. I suggest converting one of the male or female restrooms to be for employees only and designating the other one for customers. You have multiple toilets available, so there’s no reason for this. Using COVID as an excuse isn’t acceptable anymore.

I ordered a cup of hot coffee, and it was great. The service was prompt, and the place was clean as well.

Every time I order coffee here, they get it wrong! This is the worst location I’ve been to!
