Not one of their nicer operations. The Milwaukee locations are much cooler.That’s said, ordered a hibiscus lemonade called the (summer gala) saw them pouring Florida’s Natural brand lemonade into my drink. Not worth the $3.50.Food: 1/5

My first time going, and I was pleased. They had to make me a new sandwich because they forgot the bacon. Why would I purchase an avocado BLT with no bacon? The need to have more bacon on the sandwich because it was barely any, especially what they charge $11.85 w/ tax. Just my opinion.Food: 3/5

My wife and I, were in the area and heard great things about this place l. So we decided to check it out. Hands down, great experience. The manager Trevor was very nice and helpful. He gave us lots of good options and we definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff was also very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend if your in the area to check it out!

The new male manager has turned us off from coming here ever again, and we’ve been coming to this location for over 2 years. We’ve been to Colectivo locations in Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago, and this is by far the worst location.The manager is incredibly rude and, as a result, the entire staff is now extremely comfortable being hostile to customers. Service industry work can be draining, but openly complaining about customers right behind the register is not okay, and the complaints are about basic orders, not even problem behavior. The amount of attitude you get when you remind them that you did order a bakery item is astonishing. Since this manager arrived, we have rarely if ever been able to place mobile orders and we have confirmed that other Chicago locations are accepting orders during these times.There are plenty of other coffee shops in Evanston, and we will be taking our business there moving forward.

Ordered a small brewed coffee and received (and was charged for) a medium cold brew. The coffee itself is good but not worth almost $5 after tax. That said, lots of seating and outlets making it good for working. Nice atmosphere and staff, just overpriced.
