フィードバックを提供するI requested to speak with a manager but was told there wasn’t one available, so I spoke with the lead staff member instead. Unfortunately, he didn't even apologize and merely asked what I wanted. I explained that we just wanted our dinner, not the pizzas sitting in the warmer, as well as a credit back to our account or a refund. He offered to remake our pizzas and promised to get them to us within half an hour, but said he couldn't provide a refund or credit. However, he did offer a complimentary brownie dessert. At that point, I was just eager to get our food, so I asked him to send it as soon as possible and for a manager to call me the following day. We finally received our food more than 30 minutes later, but still haven’t heard from a manager. To make matters worse, the pizzas were incorrect again. This isn't our first issue with them, but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sadly, this location does not uphold the Marco's reputation.
Although the pizza is tasty, the service leaves much to be desired. I placed an order for a pizza to be picked up at 4 PM, scheduled for 5:30 PM. When I arrived at 5:15 PM, I discovered that my pizza hadn't even been placed in the oven until 5:27 PM. I couldn't shake the feeling that if I hadn't arrived early, it would have been delayed even further.
There was one instance when I went to pick up my order after placing a delivery request because the pizza looked like it had fallen on the floor – it was inedible and completely messed up. I didn’t even receive an apology or a refund for the $5.50 delivery fee I had already paid. I genuinely want to support this restaurant, but it's challenging with young kids when the pizza takes so long and isn't always reliable. Just last week, our order took 1 hour and 20 minutes, and by the time it arrived, the pizza was cold. I’m not sure what the solution is, but I hope they can resolve these issues soon.
The last few times we got delivery, the pizza has been poor quality, and we just ordered and received a wrong pizza 10 minutes late. So I wouldn’t recommend getting delivery at least.
Our first time here, overall we liked it but definitely could use improvements.For the next time I’ll ask for more pineapple as it was a bit skimpy, hubby loved his deluxe pizza but was disappointed in the canned mushrooms! Usually we get dominoes and they have fresh.. they forgot our Roma crust so it was really plainWe do NOT recommend the wings as they were squishy and super tiny.Cinnamon bread is really tasty but a little greasy..Cheesy bread was a bit bland but not bad
