Domino's Pizza - Eureka

The manager at this restaurant is unprofessional and rude, and the food quality leaves much to be desired. On one occasion, I ordered delivery but the driver never showed up. After waiting for a while, I reached out to inquire about my order, and to this day, they have not resolved the issue. They claimed to have a picture from the driver, which has never been provided, and stated that the driver is unavailable. It has been over a month since this incident. I contacted both corporate and the owner, but the problem persists. The owner, Rick, has not been very helpful either. A much better alternative for both quality and service is Babe's Pizza, which also offers delivery and a wider variety of menu options. I have always had a great experience there.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The service was prompt, and the pizza was delicious. As soon as I walked in, both male staff members greeted me with warm, welcoming smiles. However, parking can be a bit challenging since it's located in the downtown area, so you might get fortunate and find a two-hour or fifteen-minute parking spot nearby on the bustling streets of Eureka.

I live all the way across town and they deliver fast to me. I really like their coupon the let's you save on carryout too. My husband can pick up pizza on the way home.

Rick was incredibly helpful and polite; he truly went above and beyond to assist us. Even though there wasn't a kids' menu, he was very understanding of our situation, and we all left feeling very happy.
