Denny's - Eureka

I ordered a Thanksgiving turkey dinner for pickup, just an hour in advance. Unfortunately, everything was served cold. The fries were stale, and the turkey was overly salty. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience.

Overall, I find the food to be generally very good, though occasionally there will be a dish that doesn't quite hit the mark. The staff is lovely and attentive to your needs, which I greatly appreciate. However, I only rated it 4 stars because I've often encountered patrons talking loudly on their phones, arguing, or being rude during my visits—more so than at similar places. This has been a consistent issue for me.

Not worthy of a star? Burnt pancakes, burnt chicken, undercooked bacon, burnt ham! Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. If you can’t cook pancakes properly, you really shouldn’t be in the kitchen at all. However, if you enjoy Cajun-style pancakes, then this might be the place for you.

The custom burger was fantastic, but it was missing the avocado. The Grand Slamwich was excellent once again, and the sausages were perfect. The milkshake was also really nice!

There was an abundance of fruit! The turkey bacon was delicious, but the eggs could have had a little less spinach. Overall, it was a tasty meal!
