Hempburger Market Stall - EUMUNDI

Hanfburger is a completely vegan market stall at Eumundi Markets on Saturday mornings. I really enjoy their speed buckwheat wrap, and I can confidently recommend it. The wraps are soft and pleasant, filled with freshly grated carrots and beetroot, complemented by flavorful tempeh dressed in tamari and sesame. The flavors are fantastic—truly food for the soul. I've noticed they’ve been adding a bit more filling lately, which is great, and I love supporting local businesses. While it does take a little time for them to prepare, the food is made with love, so I don’t mind the wait at all. I’m not sure why I can’t select a 5-star review! I’m not quite sure why I can’t give this place a full five stars, but the kofta was absolutely delicious. It was super fresh—I watched her prepare the salad while I was waiting. The vegan tzatziki was also fantastic. I would definitely come back!

I ordered the “mix plate” to try a bit of everything, and it was fantastic! The flavors were excellent, and the portion size was just right. The service was a bit slow, but I came in during the early morning hours.

Sat today on Eumundi markets and picked up a hanfburger. it was a fantastic whole burger from the bungalow to the fillings to the felafelesqe-Patty. divided with gatti and we swallowed it. fortunately again.

Hemp burger is a 100% vegan market stall at Eumundi markets on Saturday mornings. I enjoy the tempeh buckwheat wrap from here and I cannot fault it. The wraps are soft and enjoyable and the filling consists of fresh grated carrot, beetroot with tamari/sesame flavoured tempeh. The flavours are great. Definite food for the soul. I have noticed they are charging a little more now but it is still worth it, and great to support local. It does take a little time for them to prepare but it is made with love so I never mind waiting. I am unable to select a 5 star rating, unsure as to why! Updated from previous review on 2022-08-22
