Taco Bell - Euless

The staff at this restaurant is truly exceptional! We were warmly welcomed and given plenty of time to decide on our orders without feeling rushed. When I came back, I was met with a genuine smile and a wonderful attitude from the supervisor. To the young man who assisted me, you absolutely deserve a raise! I commend you and your entire team for your outstanding service. I will gladly drive the extra 15 miles just to eat at this place!

This was my first and last visit to Tacoglocke. All of our food was overcooked. The potatoes were hard and seemed old, the quesadilla was burnt, and they got the rest of our order wrong. On the bright side, the service was very fast. Overall, I would rate the food a 1/5.

The woman at the window was very friendly, but when I got home, I found that my grilled burritos were overcooked. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager, but the person who answered said there wasn't one available. When I asked when someone would be around, they hung up on me. I called back and had to wait until Ken became available. Meanwhile, there were loud background noises from a group of girls laughing for over 10 minutes. Overall, the customer service here was disappointing, which seems to be a recurring issue at several Taco Bells in the area.

Bro, they never have something right. they literally forget the meat on the Truff Steak frits. This happens every time, not only once lol. I don't exaggerate either. Select your location wisely

Pulled up and the woman told me they were closed. Asked what time they closed and she said 1. Asked what time it was and she said 1258. Asked if they were still serving as they were still open……guess not!!! Very dissatisfied! Whataburger is next door…pulled in there and received prompt, timely and courteous service!
