Your cocktails are from this world. I really appreciate how everything they do is thoughtful, well done, and especially, DELICIOUS. We recently ordered a seafood plate to celebrate our anniversary and it was undoubtedly the best meal I ever had in my whole life. Every single aspect was delicious, every single penny worth. Not a junk when we were done. I am as impressed as how well they have adapted to work in a pandemic. When we mixed up with them, they are clear with safety precautions and go beyond and beyond to make you feel safe and well maintained. When we ordered things, everything was well packed and well kept to transport. Simply put, PARTY is the best.
Let me start by saying it is a fun experience. It is fun to not know what you will taste next. It would have been way more fun if the food was enjoyable and didn't leave us literally puking. They accommodated me because I don't eat pork. The food was bland or just straight fishy tasting. The best things were the things they gave us off the bar menu. I do not recommend. The server was nice a did a great job. I have posted all the dishes we got.
Stopped by for our first time since they re-opened this side. We 've been to Party Bar many times since they opened last year and had done Party Downtown a few times before that but it was our first time doing a full meal in the dining room for quite a while. It did not disappoint after the wait. The drinks like always were excellent, particularly the melon daze with light rum and melon granita that melts as you drink it, tastes just like a watermelon. The food though exceeded our high expectations/memories. The black garlic bread is a standby for us but the savory fruit salad pictured alongside it was a new, delicious treat. Tea wings pictured next are also a standard available at the bar but this was a different (prettier plate-up and more substantial portion (though that 's only fair as they raised the price $2. We tried another new, dinner-side only dish, tomato spaetzle, that was just delicious and unfortunately a didn 't snap a picture but it was maybe the highlight of the night. I say maybe because the cod dish pictured last certainly put up a challenge, it was sensational, a very Japanese style dish that tasted deeply and thoroughly of the sea. Finally we had a blue-cheese course served with tomato jam for desert that was a great end to the meal. All around one of the best meals we 've ever had in Eugene, definitely made us wonder why we hadn 't been back in so long. Will be returning again very soon.
This place was amazing. Asked to have the chef just bring out food. And we got eight courses that were mouth wateringly delicious. It's a great place to bring a date. I am most def going back next time I'm in Eugene.
One of my favorite dining experiences ever! I can't wait to go back! I highly recommend the multi-course prix fixe menu. It's wonderful. We didn't want seafood with ours, so you can just let them know if you have any dietary restrictions. Then, simply brace yourself for all the surprising explosions of flavor that come your way. I also got the drink pairings, but I think this was an unnecessary luxury (I felt like the pours weren't generous enough, and waited too long for each drink). Especially after trying the delicious cocktails my husband was having, I think I might have preferred to just have chosen my own drinks. This was a small point in an otherwise delightful experience. And the dessert we had--warm chess pie with banana caramel ice cream--was out of this world!!!
