They've got a good selection of vegan options and rather tasty bagels. The employees are cool if they make a mistake (sometimes they're really busy and we're all human) just let them know politely and they'll gladly comp you a new bagel.I'm sad I can't get my regular weekend bagel fix while they're closed for remodels, but my biggest complaint was actually that they really needed to spruce the place up. Looking forward to June when I can start coming in again.
My husband and I like to get bagels here every Sunday for a brunch treat. The bagels are fine, with many bagels and spreads to choose from like onion bagel and garlic cream cheese. I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches. The service is great if not a little slow on the weekend. The price is reasonable. This location is closed until June for Remodeling. Great place to grab a bagel in downtown and has actual seating unlike their other location.
Don't bother. They have such a turnover that servers can't make sandwiches properly. I had a lox cream cheese that was probably the worst I ever had. Razor thin piece of lox, way too many capers too much cream cheese-$9!Update- manager comped me a proper lox and cream cheese bagel sandwich. Second picture.
Went in at 1:30 and noone was taking orders, then when a cashier came back, the chef (loosely descrobed) declaired he was taking no more orders! Waited in line for 10 mins, not even a sorry folks . To heck with them!
Great bagels and coffee! The person working (with cool teal ish highlights) was very sweet to a lost elderly person and made sure to walk them to where they needed to be. Everyone in the shop was super nice and I'd highly recommend!
