Brasserie L'escale - Étretat

Picard !!!!! All plates are frozen dishes. Even the pizza which they mention (feux de bois) it’s a joke Don’t came unless there are nothing to eat out

We didn't have much time, when we walked into this restaurant, which is part of the L'Escale hotel in Etretat. Accordingly, we have ordered dishes from the menu which we thought will be fast, mussels and a steak. It took some time, but when finally the dishes arrived, both were rather disappointing. Mussels were of the very tiny type, meaning that actually they were harvested far too soon, and the steak, an odd piece of meat in an obscure sauce, was hardly edible. For about 40 Euros (less the tip) you can surely fare much better in that lovely seaside town. Needless to say that we didn't bother with desert.

We came to town late after checking into our Air BnB. Not much was open so we stopped in here. The menu is the EXACT same as the other tourist traps in town. But they had a salad and it was good! One of the only places I found a straight up salad without meat...

Buckwheat pancakes a little waiting, but it’s good because there were not many people
