Nobuya - Etobicoke

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant in Etobicoke. The ramen was delicious and the service was friendly. It would be great to see more cultural diversity in this area and support restaurants like this one. I tried the spicy ramen and the broth was flavorful and satisfying. The pork was cooked perfectly and the portion size was generous. My only small criticism is that the noodles were a bit overcooked. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We sampled a variety of appetizers and ramen dishes, all of which were fantastic! The service was also very friendly. We will definitely return!

I went there on Labour day and the food was amazing. Although it was very busy and was a bit of a wait, still even the presentation was fantastic!

A respectable man is running a great business and it really shows. The food is delicious Japanese street food made by a very friendly Japanese man. We just moved to the Humber Bay Area and were searching for hidden gems, and this restaurant is definitely one of them. If you haven't tried it yet, you definitely should. It's worth the wait!

The food is spot on. I watched Nobuya actually strain the broth for each serving of ramen as he prepped the dishes.You can tell that there is passion in the cooking. That being said the wait times are a bit too long. I believe it's a solo operation though so make sure to call way ahead of your planned meal time.
