The Waterfront Grille - ESTES PARK

I had an amazing burger cooked to medium rare perfection! The service was excellent, and this is likely the best spot in a relatively small restaurant town. I love the view! This was my third visit, and it's always been consistently great.

I had the Szechuan chicken and shrimp pasta, and it was incredible! It’s one of the most unique dishes I've had in a long time!

Had two eggs over-easy, sausage links, shredded hashbrown potatoes, English muffin. Everything was cooked to order, good quality, hard portions. Cari was good, but the kitchen took an inappropriate long time as there were only five diners all over the place. View was spectacular, the ambience was warm comfortable. Happy Hour: Returned in the evening for potato skins with bacon bits, sour cream, Cheddar. Potato whites were moist fluffy, the skin beautiful crispy, excellent. Had a huge **** Mary with exactly the right balance of heat, Clamato, Wodka, Toppings. All for $10,000, HOLY COW. Nick, his manager, the entire Waite staff was attentive. The view is spectacular.

We spotted elk near the lake! We bought a Groupon for a two-night stay at the resort that included a $30 restaurant credit. Otherwise, we probably wouldn't have considered dining here. For our appetizer, we ordered the Mediterranean calamari, which was tender and delicious—not at all rubbery. For the main course, we chose the Norwegian salmon and pork loin, both of which were fantastic. I typically don't enjoy pork because it’s often poorly prepared, but I decided to give this a try, and it was incredibly juicy and tender. The sauce was slightly sweet, possibly blueberry. This restaurant might be on the pricier side, and I often worry about getting my money's worth. However, I must say that even without the credit, it would have been worth every penny. As for the resort itself, it's been amazing so far. We're really loving this place!
