Mcdonald's - Estero

On the 24th, I attempted to go through the drive-thru to order lunch, but the line was at least six cars deep in both lanes, and nobody moved for the three minutes I waited. Today, the 26th, I decided to walk inside, but there was only one person at the register, and the line was still six people long, so I left. This place really needs extra staff. If a drive-thru order is taking too long, they should have customers pull over and bring the food out to them. They definitely need some improvement!

I’ve never had any issues with this McDonald's. It seems like only a handful of cranky people are complaining in their reviews, perhaps with too much time on their hands, haha. I usually stop by during my lunch break, and there’s never a line. My food always arrives quickly and hot. The staff at the drive-thru are always friendly, so I’m not sure what those negative reviews are talking about.
