フィードバックを提供するThe Calamari was amazing, it was not chew and the bread did not fall like most places. I got salmon grilled with lemon and that wasn't on the menu, but it was an option that was perfect for me. the fish was perfectly boiled and it had a smokey taste and finally the dessert the mouse was to die. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is in Estero. the service was very nice and helpful
Fancy and pricey for the average person, BUT Dang is it amazing and tasty. Well worth it. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The filet could have been cut with a fork and grilled to perfection, mashed potatoes outstanding! Highly recommend the cheesecake for dessert.
I consider myself a foodie from Boston. Visiting Bonita with mom and her friend we made reservations for this restaurant knowing it would be pricy . We are not super wealthy but we enjoy to splurge from time to time. If the service at the restaurant is a representation of managements attitude towards it clientele then this business should be shamed. As soon as we were seated and greeted by our waiter, you could sense that he had a condescending attitude. It?s important to note here that the average price of an entree is 50 to 70. The waiter was not attentive and did nothing to make the experience special he never removed the bread plates, did not refill the water, only came to refill the wine once, and delivered our bill on the table like we were at Denny?s not in a sleeve or on a plate. The worst part was his attitude. He was so condescending towards my mom and her friend. Yes they are elderly and yes they have a fixed income, no they were not wearing Lily Pulitzer, but should they be treated differently because of this? It was such a special occasion for them to experience this restaurant and to have this arrogant server ruin it was such a downer. He actually asked if we wanted separate checks! Who does that at a restaurant? The food was fantastic, but the service experience far outweighed the food experience.
Great Steakhouse! Wine selections are superb. Start off with a cocktail. Sit back and let the server provide a world class dining experience!
I have to give a major shout out to Todd the manager, that man was behind the host stand working like a true member of the restaurant. It?s a nice refresher coming into a restaurant and seeing management like that. As for our experience, we work in the hospitality industry and didn?t quite plan this out as well as we would have liked. That being said we were able to sneak in for a reservation an hour and half after our arrival. And even luckier we snuck two chairs at the bar while we waited the Saturday before Valentine?s Day. The bar service by Ashley and her duet, was AMAZING. Great conversation, even better drinks! Food that came out there was piping hot, and DELICIOUS! That being said, we regret not staying at the bar for service. Being sat at the table was due to wanting to have a more intimate time with one another, but the service was was just that, service. Absolutely zero conversations, which is I suppose understandable, many guests don?t want conversation. But maybe having an intuition into your tables to know which do and don?t want conversation? Besides that, the drinks from the bar were great! The third appetizer we got was delicious! Our entrees though, we?re EXTREMELY underwhelming. Ordered medium steaks, and they were room temp. My significant ordered the hot Alaskan crab to go with and it was ice cold. Would?ve loved to had this night end on the note it started with, but left underwhelmed. We?ll be back, but most likely only for bar service. Those girls are killer!
