I ordered from Napoli Kitchen through DoorDash, and there was a mix-up with my order. I called Napoli Kitchen, and they quickly understood the issue and sincerely apologized. Since they couldn’t provide a refund due to DoorDash’s policy, they prepared a new meal for me and personally delivered it to my house since I was unable to pick it up. They went above and beyond to make things right, and I found them to be incredibly kind and generous. I will definitely keep ordering from them as often as I can.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Just be prepared to spend some time if you go for lunch, as they cook everything to order, which can take a little while. It's a charming little gem in Burlington!
