Domino's Pizza - Essex

Oven baked sandwiches are AWESOME!!! The staff is also AWESOME!!!

I watched whoever who was making pizza, had the dough go over their watch, on their left hand and just kept going about making the pizza. With a attitude like that, how can I even expect to get a good pizza? No extra cheese I ordered or anything. The cheese on pizza was almost brown from being over cooked. Thanks for the experience.

The store has definitely improved i order here more often because they are fast with deliveries, food is always fresh, and customer is great. I had only one problem with a delivery driver I think the guy was new, but nevertheless he delivered my pizza with the box in half as, how is that even possible, fortunately it did not make the pizza on the inside so that I did not have to wait for a new, then the guy had the nerve to ask me for a tip about “gas is high “ Buddy Goodbye You can't even deliver an imaginable pizza. Other than that, they are open where they should be NOW, the food is great, and deliveries are fast also when I get to the manager about my problem with the delivery he credited my account for the next time I order is fabulous.

I would recommend this place. The food was hot and prepared as ordered. I chased them a star as they share the parking lot with a body shop, so that literally there was no parking available. I just had to stop at the front door. I didn't feel safe and had to go back to the highway to go. Order the delivery instead.

I had several bad experiences with this particular location. On an occasion, the manager cancelled my order because they had no driver. In this situation they called my phone, 1 time I missed the call, they didn't leave a message, send a text or email saying they didn't bring my food. It hung up and called me back to get an answer, and that's when I found out we didn't get our food. I've been busy with them who refuse to answer the phone when I call to place my order. On 5 different occasions I sat in waiting for an answer for more than 10-15 minutes, tried to call several times, just to finish another place for pizza. I'm not even a fan of Thier Food, but my kids like it. From this weekend I will not spend my money with the Dominos franchise anymore. You don't seem to want my money anyway!
