Mcdonald's - Essex Junction

Usually happy with the service but at Essex VT. Store drive through, I ordered a quarter pounder without onions and made clear I was severely allergic to onions yet was what looked like extra onions on it. One bite and I would have been stabbing an epipen in my thigh. I know accidents happen but I made it very clear this was a serious medical issue so this accident should not have happened.Tim Boardman

The employees are very rude here. If you look on Mcdonald's website, it says you are allowed to buy happy meal toys, but if you try to do so at this location they tell you no. Why are workers allowed to change the policy of the company they work for whenever they feel like it?

I didn't care for how the manager handled an issue I had. The quality of the food has not been the best lately.

Food was hot and fresh, but the store was filthy and customer service was slow. Every one was on their phones while working!

Good was nice and hot but lady that took our order had an attitude.
