フィードバックを提供するI have had issues in the past with lost orders and excessive wait times at this restaurant when picking up food, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this time my hamburger was undercooked and my wife's chicken wings were burnt to a crisp, almost black in color. The containers were also crushed and the foil was not wrapped around the burger properly, causing it to be lukewarm. Three strikes and you're out. This location is nothing like the original one in Windsor.
Food and service is bad. And very over priced. The pasta is for a family tray with Alfredo sauce and they don’t tel you about the extra added for this. Noodles were hard and no flavor at all. Manager refused a full refund....Even after it made most of us not feel well after trying it. Pizza was alright but could have more sauce.
This place is great. The food is always delicious and the staff are amazing. If I could make a winter coat out of their pizza I’d be freezing cold because everyone would eat my coat. Best pizza in Essex
Amazing service and food. Highly recommended . Definitely worth trying for yourself. Always reliable.
I used to be a devotee of the Capri in Essex, but have gradually started going to Armandos more. When Armandos is good, it’s REALLY good and can’t be topped in Essex. I particularly like their crust when it’s done well. I do find the...taste of their pizza to be very inconsistent, however. Two weekends ago, I ordered a pizza on Friday, and then ordered the exact same pizza and toppings on Sunday (evidently I didn’t feel like cooking that weekend… lol). Friday’s pizza was superb. Sunday’s pizza was kind of gross… was a bit under-cooked, way more sauce, and much heavier on certain toppings which made it watery and soggy. Generally, the most annoying inconsistency is the cooking time, because it seems like that would be easy to control… yet I do find their pizza to be under-cooked maybe of the time. I will have to start specifying that I want my pizza more well-done in the future and see if that helps! Anyway, all of the independent pizza joints have some consistency issues just due to different people making the pizzas, but I feel like the Essex Armandos is more extreme in how it will vary from awesome to borderline inedible.
