Tortas Rainbow - Española

I am from El Paso/Juarez. Been living here for 5 months. This is the first place that isn't New Mexican Mexican food. It's actually just Mexican food. And that's amazing. Barbacoa, menudo, and licuados. They also got them good good Mexican chips!

Absolutely the best burritos in the valley! I get the shredded beef burrito with red sauce. You can't go wrong, unless you don't like spicy Update: 2 years later and I still get the same burrito... I have tried the tortas and have to recommend the Cubano, so yummy! Just go! Update 2023: just had the burrito deshebrada (shredded beef) again today. Still my favorite

It's really good authentic Mexican food. One of the best families runs and owns restaurants in Espanola. I highly recommend..
