Phatties Vegan Mexican - Escondido

If I could give zero stars I would, this place had me excited to try not only by the reviews but word of mouth. But, as I ate inside I saw a roach on the floor which made me consider what was in the kitchen I left immediately, I was so nice I didn't even ask for a refund. These are the pictures it smelled really good but my appetite was conquered by the thought of uncleanness. Btw I took these pictures before I considered leaving. I won't ever be back,Sorry.

I made sure I tried a few things before making a review. This place is amazing. I’m only mad at my self for not discovering it sooner. All in all I’m glad I did. They give you ALOT OF FOOD. For the price and a great size menu. No complaints. One of my favorite spots to visit while here in San Diego.Food: 5/5

Food- California Burrito, Gordita and Jarritos- amazing taste, cleanly prepared, loved the foodService- this is the best part. The one who takes the order, serves you too. Amazingly fast. Patiently gave us suggestion on the food and always was quickAtmosphere- not fancy but felt good and was clean. Service and food taste is all it matters

After a long hike this restaurant provided an overall great experience! My friends are vegan, so we were looking for a great new spot to try out. We ordered various items and everything was scrumptious. My personal favorite was the Pambazo. You can order it with different protein, but I chose the soyrizo. Every bite was absolutely delicious!! The bread is toasted to perfection and the inside was seasoned well. It's also a hardy plate. The customer service was spot on and my group had a great time. I will be back. Eat up!!!Parking: There were plenty of parking in this plaza.
