Vester Vedsted Vingaard - Esbjerg

We had a spontaneous trip to this super sweet vineyard. The pizza was amazing and the selfmade beer, paired with a little tour to the distillery made the stay a 10/10!

What a fantastic experience being guided around this family vineyard by the owner and then having a star dinner performed by his daughter and son-in-law. It was like being at a friends place yet very professional and the cuisine was absolutely first class!

VVV Is a great place. The food is in special class, the service friendly and loving. You feel welcome and every visit is an experience in itself. You can taste that there is great attention and love in everything served.

An unexpected jewel well worth a detour. Perfect hospitality in natural and authentic atmosphere. Refined cuisine with local/home-grown ingredients only. Great wine, and interesting information about the vineyard.

We visited with the expectation to taste something slightly different at a Danish winery. What we did experience was the most profound evening of taste and enjoyment. This couple serves the whole restaurant with ease by themselves still delivering a personal touch, guided tour and Michelin quality food. Not only worth a visit, it’s worth a trip to Denmark from where ever you are.
