Mcdonald's - Erstein

Usually a little long waiting but what should be remembered is that they have a problem with their drinks: We ordered two Sprites and we had two cups with water and ice cream because we had nice looking, we didn't find Sprites taste and when we take coca it's the same except that the water is brown. Otherwise, apart from the classic burger to the drip, the restaurant is passable.

After a staff confusion at the service, my girlfriend and I even waited at least 30 minutes before being served. Big mistake to my taste, because when I enter a "fast" food, it's precisely because I don't want to wait. Having already known this in the past, I naturally asked that a small gesture be made by the Manager without really waiting for much, but nothing that free drinks would have allowed me, for example, to feel a little bit more affected by their mistake. Instead, the person never came back to us, which I found very inappropriate. To finish on a small positive note (all the same), on the barrier gestures I noted a great involvement of the staff. Well done, but that's not enough!

Better to avoid. Many forget about various recovery (when we paid the suplements....

Very disappointed, everything was cold. The fries too cooked, the nuggets too cooked, the burger no taste and cold, no pickles. Mac Do Erstein is not recommended. Too bad...
