I walked in treating the line working and asking for a moment to decide. The guy working the line was rushing me when there wasn’t even anyone else after me. It was dead inside and no one in drive thru . I had paid for a regular chip received a small chip in a big bag it was literally a handful of chip and only got a half of a scoop of chicken. Will try another location next time.

The app and chipolte lane makes this a 1 star location. Why am I waiting in the lane when my order was ready 5 minutes ago and the same car has been in the window the whole time?10 minute wait before I got to the window. Amazing. Garbage. Love the food but can't support this nonsense any more. Thanks for the slow cold food.Make it 15 minutes late and I added a pic for proof. I do expect a refund.

Things were consistent at all. I ordered Pico, but didn't expect it to make up most of my bowl. Had to throw away a half of cup of tomatoes.
