Subway - Erie

I walked in to pick up my order and noticed a designated shelf for online pickups right by the door—such a convenient feature! However, it was empty, so I decided to sit down and wait for my food. After a while, another customer entered, checked the shelf, and then went up to the counter to ask for her order. I followed suit and discovered that my food was actually ready. It seemed strange that they didn’t bother to bring it over to the designated pickup area, especially with a customer sitting right next to it obviously waiting. The place wasn't even busy; for most of the time I was there, there were no other customers. It felt quite awkward. I think I’ll stick to Jersey Mike’s from now on!

This is by far the best subway in the area. The bread is consistently fresh as well as the ingredients. The restaurant is always very clean. Even the chips are fresher.
