フィードバックを提供する45 minutes to get 1 coffee...Terrible. I never post reviews, but this load is so badly executed that I had to post an evaluation.
We stopped for drinks before checking out each other's Christmas lights. The hot chocolate was excellent, and my friend enjoyed a latte. The location was convenient, and there was plenty of storage. Overall, I would rate the food a wonderful 5 out of 5!
I felt trapped in the drive-thru as I watched the barista serve the two cars ahead of me, even though I was right there at the window. Suddenly, the barista closed the window and walked away. I decided to call the restaurant to understand what happened. When I spoke to the manager, they immediately became defensive and started yelling at me over the phone. When I asked for the business information, she rudely told me to look it up myself and then hung up on me. I am appalled by this experience and question the type of people hired to manage this location. This behavior was completely unacceptable. The individual overseeing this area should be relieved of their management duties immediately. I would never hire someone to represent my company if they can't handle stressful situations without being rude and irrational. It seems there is a recurring issue at this location, and based on other reviews, I suspect that many negative comments stem from the same manager’s behavior. Someone really needs to investigate what’s going on here.
I recently inquired whether they were open despite all the snow we've been having, and the staff member responded in a loud voice before abruptly hanging up on me. I will never return to this place.
This is the first time I’ve been to a Starbucks in years where the staff genuinely cared about my satisfaction and experience. They went above and beyond to get my drink right and were just really friendly about it! The coffee and food are delicious, but the people make it great!
