Panera Bread - Erie

Panera Bread is definitely one of my go-to spots when I visit a new area, and it usually doesn't disappoint me. This isn't the first time I've purchased half a gallon of green tea, and it was leaking! This has happened at another location too. It's definitely a mistake that needs to be addressed! However, the staff was very helpful; they repackaged the item and had it ready for me in just a few minutes.

We visited Quaker Steak & Lube, but it was closed for renovations, so we were in search of something lighter to eat. Overall, I would give our experience a rating of 5 out of 5!

The staff was really rude. I simply wanted to order a soup for pick-up, but despite being very friendly, I was met with a negative attitude, as if I wasn’t welcome. It was disheartening to realize that a place I had hoped to enjoy was so uninviting and off-putting. I’m not sure I’ll return to this restaurant if they don’t improve their service.

Young and kind staff. Pretty decent food. Only downside is the prices on some of the food. 5$ for a cookie is kinda alot
