Tesco Cafe Long Eaton - Erewash

There are a few options here but as they are a so called "super store" I do expect more. Their free from freezer and fridge section is mainly aimed at vegan food. I'm not knocking vegans they deserve to be catered for but us who have coeliac disease or intolerances don't have a choice. Also the increased cost for having a medical condition not a choice is really insulting.

The restaurant closes before 3:30 on Saturdays, even though it is advertised to be open until 5. It needs to update its opening times. I was told at 3:30 that everything had been turned off. It's fine, but they should keep customers informed as there were others after me. However, I was still able to get drinks.

Food was decent but as it wasn't busy and I only ordered a toastie, I think 30 minutes wait is a bit long.

The staff at our local Tesco cafe are lovely and friendly, the prices are reasonable, and there is a good selection of food and drinks available.

To be honest, the floor could have been cleaner, but the food was good.
