Saagar - Erewash

Not my usual Indian take away but decided to give it a go due to limited choices right now. My chicken tikka Karahi lacked any flavour and was swimming in oil... the photo doesn’t do it justice as I’d already ladled 1/2 a pint of oil off the surface before putting on my plate. The poppadoms and rice were nice though... maybe it’s because they were busy? No excuse though. I get the feeling I could have ordered 10 different dishes tonight and they’d all look and taste the same.

We ordered a takeaway from here when staying at Jury’s Inn and was very impressed. We got loads of food for very good price. Personal favourites were the poppodums, lamb Bhuna and the saag paneer.

Quite possibly the rudest take away I’ve ever rang I enquired about an order I placed through just too to be told ‘too busy’ and hung up. For a first time customer I wouldn’t waste my time again.

Have ordered from here many times and the staff have finally put me off from every going back . my order was late and they were so rude , they hung up on me when they couldn't answer my questions. shocking customer care .

Ordered a takeaway from here several times now. The food is always nice and always arrives on time. It is also reasonably priced.
