Mcdonald's - Epsom and Ewell

In the last 6 months, my experience with ordering from Macdonalds through Uber Eats has been consistently disappointing. Despite vowing not to use them again, we decided to give it another try last night after a couple of months. Unfortunately, our order was once again incorrect. Missing items and long wait times have been a recurring issue, with different delivery staff being assigned to our order. Getting a refund from Uber is a nightmare, and even when we do receive one, it is never the full amount. Last night, out of 3 medium meals, we were missing two milkshakes and two wraps, leaving only one meal complete. We only received a £6 refund, which is not satisfactory. When I asked the delivery driver about the missing items, they simply said it was not their fault and that they were given the order as is. It is frustrating that the delivery driver did not notice the discrepancy when picking up the order.

Hi I keep writing this review be Couse I keep getting cold McDonald's food in the old days Epsom McDonald's delivered you hot food but now you're food is picked and other peoples delivers by moped drivers when one order dropped off their outside that persons house chatting to someone on there earphones

Impossible to order in store or through Uber eats. Always the incorrect order, better off going elsewhere

I live near by, and I'm ordering quite often from North Cheam McDonalds. I don't remember when they served the last time hot/warm burger. It always come cold and taste like a piece of cardboard, they have issues with completing the orders, Happy meals come with the book even you order the toy, ect ect... Why it's still open?

I don't understand what all the fuss is about with McDonald's burgers, especially with the long lines of cars waiting to pick up orders. I recently tried the McPlant burger and fries, and I found the burger to be poorly assembled, bland, and unsatisfying. The fries quickly became cold and were difficult to eat, also not satisfying. I won't be going back anytime soon and would rather make my own burger.
