Kfc Epping Plaza Food Court

Small food court kfc like many others. very busy but served immediately, and fresh food was served within 3-4 minutes.

Every single table was dirty. worse kfc ever. employees just don't care about their customers.

Worst customer service ever. Did not have tenders when we placed an online order and refused to refund or replace it with anything else except nuggets or wings. The staff was very rude and had a lot of attitude while serving. 10/10 would not recommend.

Really bad experience ever had with kfc . I got chicken from drive thru and that was very sogy when I complaint it to staff then they told me to wait for 40 minutes to get fresh and I am writing this review still standing in waiting way for more than 25 minutes.

Ordered 15 piece chicken . Chicken was the worst I ever had soggy , oily skin and seasoning very oily threw it out never again . Coleslaw container was open chips under cooked and no seasoning .
