This Dunkin’ location is fantastic! I really appreciate their mobile ordering option for in-store pickup, which is a huge help for those of us who don’t have the time to wait in the drive-thru. My drinks are consistently made perfectly, and they always have my mobile order ready in just a few minutes. Kudos to the Epping Dunkin’ team! Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

This Dunks makes the hell out of my coffee every single time. In a world where getting your Dunks coffee perfectly how you like it is often hit or miss this place is pulling off trick shots. Don't let the semi dilapidated gas station it's housed in deter you highly recommend. Absolute worst management here, the manager yelled at me when my child couldn't make her order loud enough, then when I repeated it she yelled again, so rude with the worst tone and attitude. One of her workers at the window said that was her typical behavior and they apologized for her. I called and left a voicemail to report the terrible service they have repeatedly going on and was never followed up with and had the same experience another time months later. Go to the one down the road, but avoid the Shell one at all costs. Service: 1
