We had the pleasure of opting for the tasting course Antonio Salieri: The dishes were exceptional, of a unique goodness and refinement... To try absolutely! Very good quail egg cutters with white truffle, exceptional the idea of combining tubers, caviar and pearà! Congratulations to the chef. Personally I really enjoyed the bread, always warm with butter flavored with truffle and the small pastry brought to the coffee: Some restaurants do not, some do it because they feel obliged...you do it with class! Bravi really...as was the waitress who recommended a great wine and always followed us with a smile, a joke and never being invasive. I'll definitely come back.
