This was my first experience eating pine leaves, and it was interesting. The ramen was delicious with the soup, but since it’s more like soba, it had a unique flavor that I really enjoyed. I also ordered the grilled buckwheat, which had an amazing aroma, and the freshly prepared chashu was incredibly appetizing. Eating the soup was a delight!
