フィードバックを提供するWe went into enterprise after Christmas? the personal was a little caught by the watch coming with the crowd of people, but did not let it affect our experience at all. our hostess was transparent and identified the expectations? it'll wait a bit, our kitchen is a little behind us, but we? I did it. she continued to touch the basic with us while we waited. our wait was about 30 minutes, but it didn't feel like it at all because it could communicate with us. She never complained, and never, not even, looked like she didn't want it. she enjoys her job and it shows and then our server, wow! christa was friendly, funny, extremely attentive and transparent throughout the stay. yes, the kitchen got her back and christa was honest. She never spoke to her associates. they gave them a high praise while explaining the situation. She talked to us while she kept the rolls and beverage refills. To be honest, I don't even know how long we waited because it wasn't as if it was going to take a long time. long waiting times happen sometimes? but amazing service, as we had tonight, that doesn't come anymore. I do not live in the city, but will try to visit more often just to go to santa fe. every single employee there tonight made this experience great. the atmosphere was very positiw. Oh, and that was good.
Our waitress, Christa(I think this is how u magic it) was super friendly and helpful. she was very informed about the menu points and made sure that our was correct. she also apologised because the order took a long time, but until the service it was great! she rocks and the food and mixed drinks were also great.
The best tweezers of all time, and the sauce was exceptional. burgers were perfect. it was a great experience. many thanks.
A hit or miss. a visit I serve well and eat fresh, the next thing I do?t. I know every time we wait too long until our orders arrive. I saw chefs/kitchen staff on the back of the load smoking and take it seriously and slowly, just hang and talk to each other, for 20 minutes on a busy Friday night! it was crazy. when the chefs went back to the restaurant and to the kitchen, they ran in a chick pace. in this night we waited 40 minutes for our food. also their aprons were dirty and their barts/hairs were not stained. I would love this restaurant, but it is a gamble and eating is too expensive to play on a cold steak. I wish they had better management, which the employees supervised and weakened, instead of watching, talking to each other, while the customers need to refill on their drinks and hot dips.
Moriah was our waitress and did a great job. The ribs were smoky and tender. The 6 oz filet was perfectly medium. We started the meal with the loaded Queso Blanco appetizer and it's addictive. The Chipotle ranch salad dressing is my favorite at Sante Fe.
