Chicken Express - Ennis

I love Chicken Express!! I wish I could give a higher rating, but it never fails that if we go through the drive thru something is left out of order. There is no trace in so if you want the order to correct you need to return by the drive in the line.

Pretty sure we said BISCUITS 3 TIMES! Once when we ordered Once again when she said say it again One more time when she asked what sides we wanted. We got a sack of soggy rolls, let's not even talk about the cold chicken Golden Chick closed, this place is next then all we'll have is KFC. Sad.

Horrible food! Everything was cold! The chicken was dry, the leg and the breast. The okra was soggy. No flavor the roll was cold? no seasoning just bland. I hadn?t ate all day its3:23 pm now I end up eating this. Smh

Greg abbot passed a law to be fully open they haven't got the message shouldn't have to wait in line to get a sweat tea open I rate 3 stars only for that single reason....still best chicken express within a 50 mile radius. Do better yall seriously!!!

I went through the drive thru today to get a snack pack for my son on the way back home. 1st issue I had is the person that took my order needs to work on their listening skills as I had to repeat twice that my son wanted CORN NUGGETS as his side item. I get to the window, I pay receive our teas. However, when we receive our food, there was absolutely NO EMPLOYEE INTERACTION. As soon as I handed the food to my son turned around the person was gone- even before I could ask for condiments or napkins (which I DID NOT RECEIVE). Then we get home to eat our food my son receives old, soggy french fries in his snack pack- Not the Corn Nuggets I had to repeat twice to them that he wanted!!!! ??? GET IT TOGETHER CHICKEN EXPRESS- ENNIS OR HIRE SOME EMPLOYEES WHO KNOW HOW TO LISTEN GIVE QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
