フィードバックを提供するI entered the restaurant to place an order, but no one greeted us. We were in the middle of using the kiosk when a man abruptly told us that the lobby was closed. Why wasn't the door locked then? He didn't let us finish our order, even though we had intended to take it to go. The place was messy from previous customers, so it wouldn't have made a difference. The staff seemed lazy and probably overpaid. Terrible experience!
The restaurant was very busy, but my food arrived hot and I didn't really care about the wait.
I ordered a cravings box but only received my drink. They forgot to include the Crunchwrap Supreme, hard taco, and cinnamon sticks. This isn't the first time they have made mistakes with my order, and they have never gotten it right when delivering.
Went thru the D/T place was dead. No greeting, no eye contact at the window, no receipt, no napkins. I wasn't even asked if I wanted hot sauce or not. Employee had no name tag. Just a horrible lunch on a great day. I know where not to go again. Parking: Plenty, they have no business.
Mobile orders were very slow to be completed. Several other people were waiting for their orders. Waited 10 minutes for order after app said it was ready.
