フィードバックを提供するI have never had a bad meal here. The food and staff are consistently excellent, and my orders are usually ready when I arrive. Some nights may have longer wait times, but just be patient; it's definitely worth it!
We were seated right away and found the table to be clean. Our server, Jo, was friendly and attentive, and she gave us plenty of time to decide on our order. The food was served hot and exactly as we requested. Overall, we were very satisfied with this location.
The staff here is always very friendly, especially Marlene. The food usually comes quickly and at a good temperature. I love the potatoes and the zucchini and squash page options. The toilet(s) leave much to be desired. The ladies' room smells bad at mold and some of the toilets didn't seem to be in the work order. The dining area is always clean, but the bathrooms are so bad. Unfortunately, they always seem to be underused for the customer base they have, but the staff that is there seems to remain positive and do their best to maintain the customer flow.
We were pleased to see the restaurant so busy today, and the waitstaff were fantastic. However, there was a recurring issue, not just today when it was crowded, but also during previous visits, even with just six people present. The woman at the register, Patty, was quite rude. She displayed impatience while serving customers and even made a comment suggesting I should just leave. While waiting can indeed be tough, our waitress was always cheerful. It seems that the woman at the register could benefit from some customer service training. Everyone was taken aback by how she interacted with customers. Overall, not a good experience.
We love this Denny's. We eat breakfast and the food is always consistently good. They are short of help as all restaurants currently are, but they work together to make sure each customer is taken care of. I always felt sorry for the Hostess Patty. She was sitting people (when servers were available), taking carry out orders, cleaning tables, working the register, etc. It was clear to see she was frustrated but she hung in there. Hard working, caring people. People who are working in restaurants in this climate should be considered heros and customers need to be more considerate of overworked staff.
