Country Hound - Englewood

The service was quick and efficient, and they were more than willing to substitute menu items without any extra charge. The staff even recognized my mother by name and were incredibly friendly. The food was delightfully classic, and the sweet tea was fantastic. Plus, there were adorable dog pictures on the wall! We enjoyed the chicken and cheese sandwich as well as the eggs Benedict.

I'm going to build up their assessment here. We visited all our local restaurants. Country Hound is definitely in our top 3 breakfast places in Englewood. Very fresh, good quality, legit Southern Breakfast. Great service and beautiful surroundings. Who rated that? They're from the base...

The experience was decent but nothing extraordinary. It has a cozy, hometown café vibe. The menu features a delightful variety of options, and the food is enjoyable. There are tables, counter seats, and stands available for dining. Beer is served, along with hot coffee and tea. The place has a charming dog theme throughout.

The food here was amazing! We didn't even reach for the salt and pepper. The decor is charming, and the little creamers in dog bowls were a delightful detail. We’ll definitely return before our trip is over!

A quaint little restaurant with a NY diner feel. Clean, friendly service, with a comfortable atmosphere. A nice place to bring the fam for a quiet dinner. We enjoy bringing little games and puzzles to work on together while we wait.
