Customer service is always excellent here and the ice cream is brilliant. Great flavours, great variety and good prices too. Quality and flavours better than all the fancy dessert shops on Wilsmlow Road.

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. Was very quick and easy to arrange and the person on the phone helped with all my queries. Would recommend to anyone thinking about ordering one.

Went there today and been served by Janin As i never tried waffles before from BnR so i ask her to suggest something nice and it was Banoffee fresh made waffle trust me it was so nice and tasty good service clean store good staff and welcoming and smiling would highly recommend to everyone

Nothing can go wrong with Baskin Robbins my all-time favourite dessert shop to go to. Absolutely in love with it.

It was amazing, the cake, the atmosphere, everything was phenomenal. I genuinely recommend getting birthday cakes or just casual ice cream from here.
