Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

This is a nice little outlet that serves a good quick breakfast. Friendly service and well presented

One of the worst McDonald's I have visited. The carpark is small and the restaurant and toilets are dirty. The staff appear unhappy and the service is sloppy. I had coffee and cheesecake and the coffee was weak and the cheesecake was stale and concrete hard and inedible. I returned the cheesecake and had stale carrot cake instead. Give this McDonald's a miss and try the McDonald's at Heathcote.

I don't know when McDonald's changed from fast food with a reputation for speedy service and good (not great) food served fast but holy **** it's gone from this store. If it's not the yelling between staff - overfilled trash bins - waiting 15 minutes for a couple of burgers it's getting the order wrong. I hold my tongue knowing the 14 year old kid and his 25 year old manager are doing their best BUT what happened. The place used to run like a well oiled machine ! Yuck ! The last straw for me was when I saw what appeared to be a management training day going on in the place area. On break a group of young, immature staff couldn't help laughing and actually asking selfies with pickles that had been flicked on the walls. Instead of cleaning it they laughed, pointed, and walked on. I actually spoke to the owner on that day - maybe I saved him the trouble but with the state of the place I reckon they hired all those fools - Sloppy Ronnie's !

I went to this store when i wanted to buy a family dinner box as i was very hungry.

For a McDonalds, its ok. Good for your cheap start to the day.
