フィードバックを提供するI am shocked that I have to leave a bad review. I am a long term Tim 's customer and will continue to be. However, the manager at this branch really should undergo further training in customer service.I came to this location today evening with my family. My mom had wanted a birthday cake donut. I had never heard of this type of donut before. Unbeknownst to me, the birthday cake donut was mislabelled on their shelf as the strawberry fill donut. So, based on the improper labelling, I ordered the strawberry fill donut, with the intention that it would be the birthday cake one.We got our orders in our bags and ofcourse didn 't bother to look inside. My mom is not the type of person to bring up that the wrong order was given. She had eaten most of the donut fairly quickly, and was about to take her final bite, when we noticed that she was given the wrong donut. No problem, I told her that I would still get her the donut she had wanted, maybe she could eat it later.I went up to the manager who was at the front. He was very surprisingly confrontational. He kept on saying you ordered a strawberry fill and that 's what I gave you .He acknowledged that his labelling on his shelf was incorrect. I was merely ordering the donut which was incorrectly labelled as strawberry fill. Despite acknowledging that he messed up the labelling, he said that he would need to charge me for another donut. He then stormed off, turned his back to me, and proceeded to ignore me. He then started addressing customers in line that were after me.2 seperate customers were equally baffled by his confrontational and rude behaviour, even though it was his fault for the improper labelling. 2 customers informed him that his labelling for the donut was wrong.I asked him sir are you doing okay? to which he quickly and angrily responded with Yea I am! Are you doing okay?? My jaw was to the ground with shock. I cannot believe that he tried to blame me for his own labelling mistake. His level of hostility was shocking.I visit Tim Hortons on a daily basis, and I love their company. I have never encountered someone with such poor customer service skills at Tim Hortons. Tim 's has always been a safe place to go to and I really hope that management are able to review this case and take necessary action to address the problematic behaviours.
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons, waited at the speaker for 5+ mins the both times I went within the same day. Customer service was horrendous, employees didn’t even speak to me either times at the window and were clearly super irritated I was even ordering there. There needs to be some serious reviews of their hires here. I couldn’t believe how horrible of an experience this was. They clearly hate their jobs and don’t care if they show it.
First time in years we had Tim's coffee, we remember why we stopped drinking it and went to McDs.....it was terrible. Bitter Luke warm and the new cup covers are not sipping friendly.
Platz really has to show their employees how to make sandwiches when I pay $14 for a combo it should be done right, not thrown together and fed into a bag, luck for me is my break by, so thank tim hortons, can not even eat what I was given. now I can go the rest of my layer without dinner. will not be back.
I would like to know why they told me no when I asked for a cup of water for my dog before my long flight. just a “No that we don’t do” they apologise to me? I made a purchase too! it's not even like I wanted to buy it without anything else! extremely disappointed.
