Panaderia Progreso - Emporia

I love the sweet breads, but I feel they are a bit undercooked. I keep returning with the hope that this will improve, especially since my family really enjoys bread.

The reason there were so many cars parked out front became clear as soon as we started our meal.

I was very disappointed after driving 45 minutes to reach the restaurant. The sign said it was open, but the door was locked. I even called, but no one answered.

This place without a doubt is my favorite place to get my bread, the fact that is baked every day guarantees the their bread is always fresh and they have very decent variety for everybody wether u like it super soft and sweet or the unsweetened more dry and plain kind of taste, and their prices are very low considering they're the only Mexican bakery in town, or at least that's the only I have knowledge about so I could be wrong but anyways it's about the time of the year that a piece of bread and a cup of hot chocolate or coffee it's just perfect any time of the day it's one of those simple little things that just makes u feel better right away.
