Cream at Sassafras - Emerald

Was sad to hear this shop was closing.I have been a frequent customer over the years and that was mainly due to the warm welcome every time I went in. (think ladies name was Kim)She was always helpful and knowledgeable about products and quite frankly one of the only reasons I still shopped there as other staff had been quite rude in the past.Going to miss that lemon sorbet!

Went to this store yesterday with my partner. Staff greeted me in a friendly manner. However when another couple walked in we were quickly forgotten. I stood at the register with my items ready to purchase and these same customers cut in front of us to purchase their stuff. Rude enough on the customers part but for the staff to not even acknowledge that we were there and be honing in on this other couples transaction was extremely poor. I put my items back and walked out.

A nice shop selling premium local produce, such as honeys, chutneys, jams dips, ice creams. The owner Mark is very friendly and generous, in providing tasting of the exquisite shiitake mushroom pate with crackers. Highly recommend and will go back again. Mark also showed me photos of his amazing air bnb in the Menzies Creek, so make sure you ask him if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.

Must try passionfruit and strawberry jam ice cream.

We went past this shop yesterday as part of a mystery picnic experience. We collected refreshments, corn chips and an a-m-a-z-i-n-g chip dip! The gentleman who assisted us was fantastic. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in and the ice cream sampled was divine! Will definitely go back when we are in the area again.
